What Is The Best Way To Regain Hair Density? I Am Not Losing Hair In Any Specific Area, But Overall?
by lober on 二.09, 2010, under Hair Care
My hair is not as thick as it used to be. I would like to know what’s the best way to reverse this trend. Rogain is supposed to work only on crown area. I am interested in overall hair restoration. I am far from being bald, I just want to have hair I used to have.

not much you can do with increasing grownth with out perscription but increasing gelatine in your diet helps strengthen and gives a glow to your hair, there are also alotof volume products out that make your hair thicker (not just look it)

Anger causes hair loss and thinning. You cannot regain hair density, but you can prevent thinning by controlling your emotions.

You can buy Minoxidil (sp?) etc. in drugstores. The men’s brands are stronger than womens. I have been using Nioxin and can definitely tell a difference (i’m female). These products make the new hair coming in thicker. Use the shampoo and conditioner. Good luck!

Propecia seems to work much more than Rogaine…. and like you said it is only for the crown area… I started taking Propecia when my hair started thinning and it slowed it way down. I don’t think anything can actually regrow hair, but most products help to stop any additional thinning
